Dental Labs

Dental Labs are used by a number of dentists who do not have the resources to complete specific applications, be that either because of a lack time or equipment. As such, each lab requires state of the art equipment in order to provide highly accurate digital and printed models. To assist with this, we are pleased to offer our range of desktop scanners, which, when used in conjunction with our dental software (ExoCad and Maestro) allows the highly trained technicians to prepare the STL for printing on our range of SprintRay 3D Printers. From having a close relationship with a number of labs, we have found that the reliability, accuracy, speed and output that the SprintRay range offers is of a huge benefit to them in order to meet each individual requirement.

Dental Clinics

If dentists already have an intraoral scanner in their clinic and by complimenting this by having either the SprintRay Pro95 or Pro55 in house it makes the digital workflow a reality and a speedy reality at that. Whether it be printing models for aligners, surgical guides or temporary crowns & bridges, the SprintRay range has you covered, regardless of your requirements. By keeping design and production in house, it saves significant time and expense if a dentist were to outsource to their local lab. By completing the post processing associated with the SprintRay printers, Models, Guides, Splints and Dentures, amongst other applications will all be ready in under a couple of hours.
